Our client are a long established, specialist asset finance provider, specialising in funding for prestige, classic and sports cars. They have a wide, niche financial product offering, designed for high value vehicles, and high net worth individuals.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Manager to be based from their London office, to manage, develop and grow a telephone based sales team, who generate and manage customer relationships over the phone.
The team will be dealing directly with end user customers, who are purchasing high end vehicles, and tailoring quotations to match the client needs. Business is generated from outbound calls, incoming enquiries and from an extensive existing client database.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving performance and activity, fostering a positive, target orientated environment. In addition, the focus is on growing the team, so you will be actively involved in recruitment and development of new people.
We are looking for experienced sales leaders who can demonstrate experience of driving and motivating an internal sales team, within a professional and regulated environment. You will be hands on, a strong communicator, and have the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Successful candidates may come from asset finance, automotive finance/leasing, or from other B2B sales environments.
