Our client is a substantially backed provider of innovative consumer finance products with a track record of significant growth.
As they continue with their aggressive growth strategy they are seeking a dynamic sales leader who can drive the sales strategy, activities and performance of a national sales team.
Armed with a class leading range of lending products the Head of Sales will lead the small but growing sales team from the front. This will include accompanying the sales team on appointments and presentations with new and existing customers.
Customers will tend to be mid to large sized business who sell their products into the consumer sector and where a consumer lending product could increase sales.
The existing sales team are experienced in consumer finance but require someone who can help them to create a more robust activity and reporting strategy.
We are keen to receive applications and enquiries from experienced sales managers with a background of success in financial services - ideally with experience of motor finance, retail finance, payments, credit cards, leasing, asset finance or some similar lending environment. B2B2C would be ideal.
You must have a stable CV and possess drive, energy and enthusiasm and the ability to fit into a fast expanding consumer finance business.
