Our client a highly respected middle ticket head lessor with a strong presence in the middle ticket sector are seeking an additional credit risk analyst to join its expanding credit function in support of their fast expanding business.

You will review and challenge credit submissions to ensure adherence to the 3 lines of defence model and adherence to credit policy.

You can expect to work closely with senior level originators to shape transactions to make them acceptable maintaining a moderate risk profile.

The role will at times involve you meeting with customers so you must have the skills and confidence to be customer facing and to operate to senior level
Deal sizes range from £1m to occasionally £20m+ & credit lines can be up to £75m so you must have experience at these levels.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking application from those with deep middle ticket credit expertise ideally bank based

Preferably you will be degree educated but what is more important than having a degree is your breadth and depth of credit experience in the mid market sector.

You must have the technical skills to be able assess in detail and challenge credit submissions .You will be highly motivated and ambitious and will also have a customer facing demeanour.

You will have a solution centric can do mentality and should be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines at times.
